Always?

Have you ever heard someone say, “I’m always late” or “I always spill food down the front of me when I wear my white shirt” or perhaps a child saying, “I’m always in trouble” or “I’m always left out”? Have you noticed how it ALWAYS comes true for them?
And then there are people that say, “I always win” or “I’m always in the right place at the right time”, “I’m always provided for”, and they are, things ALWAYS work out for them!
These “always” statements are just a few examples of course, to show you that your thoughts and words are energy and if you believe what you’re saying, it’ll come true. If you always say you’re always late, then you’ll always be late! If you want to be late, then that’s fine, but if you want to be on time, it’s not a very helpful thing to say. You could flip it and say, “I’m always on time” and see how it goes.
Do you have a subconscious “always” statement that you use regularly? Or do you use an “always” statement that you use on purpose to achieve intended results? Let me know in the comments.
When you begin changing your thoughts and words, it may take a few attempts before you start to see results and then you’ll believe your thoughts and words are powerful!
This is such a small exercise that will change your life!
Have fun with it!
Blessings to you!
