Anxiety for an unknown reason and Solar activity.

There has been two M Class Solar Flares in the past 48 hours with their energy directed toward the Earth and arriving at around 5am, 16.4.25 with a geomagnetic storm, Kp Index 5. This energy has arrived quite suddenly and sooner than expected, but it’s all good, and you may see an arura tonight.

So if you experience anxiety for an unknown reason, this may be why, as the energy from the Sun influences our bodies electrical system, affecting the brain, heart, digestive and nervous systems. Some experience these energies as sharp pains in the brain, head aches, body aches, there are many symptoms. Some say the most challenging is the jitters or the body shaking like it’s cold while experiencing anxiety.

If you know you are experiencing the effects of the geomagnetic storm, try to accept the energy into your body, relax into it if you can. Ground yourself by putting your bare feet on the ground and allow the energy to flow through you into the Earth.

This storm isn’t as strong as the one we experienced last year, and is expected to get stronger today and tomorrow, to a G3 level. Currently its at G1. For some it will be the first time they’ve experienced the physical effects, which can be uncomfortable and a bit scary if you don’t know what’s going on. If you are concerned at all, please seek medical advice, trust your own instincts and intuition.

You can also expect your computer and phone to play up a bit while this storm is underway, and anything else that’s electrical too! Just adds to the fun!
