Your first consultation gives you two hours to unpack your troubles, to be heard without judgement, gifting you complete compassion, empathy and understanding. This alone releases some of the weight you’ve been carrying, and you will be helped to understand things better.

You will be given tools to help support yourself and ways to help you progress through the challenges you are facing.

Your session will include one hour of Spiritual counselling, which is not religious, it just goes one step further than normal main stream counselling, and the second hour comprises of Reiki, which will release negative or dense energy from your body and mind, and Energy Therapy to release and alchemize unresolved energy and thoughts that continue to circle in your mind, so you can begin to move forward.

All you need to do in your session is be honest about your thoughts and feelings, and relax while you lay on the massage table, fully clothed and covered with a blanket while receiving Reiki and Energy Therapy, which is so gentle and calming that you may even fall asleep while major things are happening with your energy on a beneficial level. I will guide you with every step of your session.

After a session people generally notice they think more objectively and respond less emotionally because the old dramas have been released, pain is usually reduced and there is a definite lighter feeling, which means the heaviness of the old emotions have been released.
