Libra Season

Happy Sunday to you as we traverse this amazing time, filled with opportunities to grow within ourselves and our relationships.  Yes, it’s that time of year again, when relationships are the focal point in astrology, and that’s because it’s Libra season again, but this year we have three previous years also being activated and playing out in our lives today.

What was happening for you back in 2005, 2012 and 2016? There may have been a significant theme or event for either yourself or someone you know, around a relationship. If it was a good theme or event for you, this time around you have the opportunity to go further with your growth, to deepen your relationships or bring them to a new level.

If your experience during those years wasn’t that pleasant and you can see a similar scenario beginning again, you have the opportunity to experience this situation with greater awareness, and you would’ve gained a lot of knowledge and experience since 2005, 2012 and 2016. Back then the situation may have been taken personally and in a reactionary way, but now that you have more knowledge, you could choose to respond to the situation in a more spiritual way, with the understanding that this is happening for you to learn and grow from, rather than wondering why this is happening to you.

Today Chiron, the Moon and Jupiter are working together, and this could bring your insecurities to the surface in an emotional way and Jupiter may have you thinking they are bigger than they are. This will have something to do with your pride as the Moon is in Leo. Or, you could use the higher vibrations here and use the Moons energy to comfort yourself while you look into your wound of fear of rejection (Chiron in Aries) and use the energy of Jupiter in Gemini to think things through in a way that brings the highest and best for all concerned to be experienced.

The Sun is also conjunct the South Node today, creating the thoughts of needing to be in your comfort zone, to stay with what you know, but Uranus in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn are both saying it’s time for change in a grounded but unusual way that may be a tad surprising, but ultimately for the best as these two planets remove what is no longer working for you so the new and higher version of your experience can be manifested.

To add to the mix of energies today, we have a Water Grand Trine, which would usually bring about emotions for clearing, but this one gifts us the opportunity to use this energy with strength (Mars in Cancer), responsibility (Saturn in Pisces) and deep love (Venus in Scorpio). This could give you the strength to do what you have to do around the home, to live up to your responsibilities and feel good about yourself as you’ve worked out how to go about things through some investigation and planning creating success.

Or, the raw expression of this energy signature could find some people become aggressive and reactionary, full of emotions because they feel restricted and limited. In some cases this will be true and brings the energy to do something about it, but you can see how much is going on at the moment and it may be beneficial to take a breath and think things through before saying or doing anything right now. This will pass, but it has a purpose and it’s up to us how we use this energy, how we respond and navigate our way through, with ease and grace or fear and anxiety.
