Libra Solar Eclipse 3 October 2024 4.47am

New Moons always bring new beginnings and as this New Moon is conjunct the South Node, it creates an eclipse which provides stronger energy toward new beginnings. This eclipse is in Libra, which relates to equality in relationships, so if you’ve been denying your own needs for the sake of others, you will be given the opportunity to bring things into balance. It will depend on which House 10 degrees of Libra is within your own chart as to the area of life your relationships will change, and please remember, the changes are always for the better, even if they don’t feel like it at the time. Down the track you will see how beneficial the changes have been, how they sent you on a different path that grows you and makes your life better.

With the North Node in Aries, you have the opportunity to utilise strength and courage to communicate your needs and to take the actions required to bring about equality and fairness.

Mercury is conjunct this eclipse and this may have you thinking about your relationships and becoming aware of where things are out of balance. Mercury will also help you to communicate in a way that doesn’t include blame as blaming others never helps, it just puts the responsibility for the situation on the other person or people, and we all have a part to play, plus if you are being triggered by someone, this is a wonderful opportunity to heal an aspect within yourself that is asking to be looked at and grown from.

Relationships that have run their course will end through this Libra Solar eclipse and relationships that are meant to continue, will grow to a new level.

As Venus is the ruler of this eclipse, you would want to look at where Venus is in your chart to see what will be activated for you, plus she is in Scorpio, bringing about deep self-love, enough to support you to make the changes required in a loving way. Scorpio energy creates change by bringing to the surface what has been hidden or denied, things you’ve outgrown and that no longer serve your highest and best. The raw expression here could be outburst of emotion and then retreating to go over things, to find what you are learning. It can also have you paying out on yourself, but with Venus here, she may help you to see things in a loving way.

Another aspect of this event, which will continue on for quite a few weeks, is a Water Grand Trine, which could make this an emotional time for some, and if this occurs for you, I send you love and strength. Please make time to consult someone that will actively listen to you and allow you to feel your feelings without distraction or denial. This way you will express the emotional energy, and it will ease faster than if it was squashed or pushed away.

This Grand Trine could relate to a mother or the past, but Mars is part of this Trine, which could have you thinking of yourself in relation to the past, a home, family or being a Mother yourself. You may need to actively nurture yourself in a healthy way and Venus will support this as she is about self-love. Saturn is also part of this Water Grand Trine and he will help you to manage these emotions as well as support you to be responsible for your needs, plus give structure to what you need to do moving forward.

This is also a highly intuitive energy, asking you to take notice of the guidance you are being given, to look at the bigger picture here, as Saturn is in Pisces, which is highly spiritual, and requiring structure to be brought into your Spiritual practices on a daily basis, but can also have you going beyond what is real and fantasising about things which can take you away from the truth of what is.

Have you ever gone through a challenging situation and thought it wasn’t good or created such discomfort that you thought you’d never pull through, but you did, and looking back, you can see how it was for the best otherwise you wouldn’t be the person you are today or experience life the way you are now.

With this in mind, whatever happens for you around this eclipse and for the month of October, you will know that it’s for your highest and best. Using your spiritual tools and practices you can coach yourself through and if you stay on the side of love, love will be on your side.

This is the shift humanity has been growing towards, and it won’t be over by the end of this year. The systems in place at the moment are not working, and I’m sure you can see that, but they won’t be revamped over night, but it will happen as we twist and turn, learn and grow into more refined ways of Being, with higher frequencies and more spirituality. This month will be a great month to practice staying centred and well within your Faith and Knowing, that all taking place, is to grow us into more highly evolved human beings.

With this, my wish for you is awareness, staying in the present moment, and experiencing the benefits of creating through your intentions for what you DO want, not what you don’t want.
