Send Love, peace and compassion

Today, 25.10.24 we have an X3.3 solar flare from the same sunspot, AR 3869, that gave us the X7 and X9 solar flares recently. Normally a sunspot will expel most of its energy by the time it comes back around to face the Earth, but what’s normal anymore?!? This time around we could experience some more significant solar flaring from sunspot AR 3869 as it has grown in size, not diminished.

A geomagnetic sub storm is expected to arrive on Saturday and/or Sunday so just be aware if you feel out of sorts and it’s a good idea to ground yourself by placing your bare feet on the ground. If you are someone that experiences physical sensations, aches and pains, heart palpitations or anxiety during these storms, thank each part of your body that is being affected, thank it for communicating with you and tell it you love it. For example, if you experience heart palpitations, shaking legs or a tight throat, thank your heart and stay with it until it calms down. Continue to talk to your heart with love, compassion and gratitude. Then move onto your legs and thank them for communicating with you and tell your legs you love them too. Continue to talk to your legs until they calm down, then move on to your throat with the same process.

Most people want to get rid of the physical sensations because they’re uncomfortable, but the body’s electrical system is being affected by the energy from the Sun and doesn’t know how to deal with it. Love and compassion are far more powerful than rejection, wanting the sensations to go away is resistance to them, which can make them stronger. Your body is speaking to you and listening to it will calm it down and support the integration of the energy into your body.

You may have been feeling tired and heavy recently and that’s because the energy from those previous solar flares is still within our atmosphere and takes around a month to dissipate, according to a geophysicist, Stefan Burns, on YouTube. So, when this new geomagnetic storm arrives, even if it’s relatively low, we may feel affected more than normal…

We are also one week away from the Scorpio New Moon on the 1st of November, and you may begin to feel or experience that energy starting from today. Once again, that’s going to hold significant energy as Mars and Pluto will be in exact opposition to the degree point, plus they are both at 29 degrees, which is the most powerful degree point. These two planets are also very powerful individually let alone opposing each other creating significant tension, plus they are in Capricorn and Cancer which are Cardinal signs which initiate change.

Now we could focus on the negative side of this energy signature, which is volatile and destructive, but, considering our thoughts create our reality, it would be really great if we could all send love, peace and compassion out to all of humanity every day from today onward. Let’s stay within the greatest power possible, love! Let’s think of this change as being for our highest and best, to change all that no longer works for humanity and bring it into harmony and balance. Let’s bring to the surface the Divine Spark that is within each and every one of us. Forgive those that have created disharmony and send them love as well.
