November energies.

Hello, I'm so glad you are here so you can feel supported and receive a heads up on the energies for the coming month. It's a challenging time and one where we are being asked to grow, big time!

Please remember all that is happening is the renovation I've been talking about for a long time now. All systems are being dismantled and dissolved to make way for a new and better, more equal and free way of living.

Today I have created a video of all the charts for November so you can see the energies unfolding and be prepared for what is to come. It's going to be uncomfortable and we need to put things into place to support ourselves through this next month.

Going into spiritual practices more deeply will help, as will acceptance, compassion and self love. We've got this! At the moment we are experiencing the changes through raw expressions, and we have a great opportunity to refine the way we think and communicate so we are heard and hear, without the need to be defensive. And then there are other aspects playing out in the world, where we need to defend our sovereignty and freedoms.

People around the world are beginning to join forces to support, encourage and unite as one.

Share your experiences, the things you are learning and how you are growing because we may find inspiration from them.

I think it might also be nice if we could introduce ourselves so we know who we are sharing with. You can upload a photo of yourself or where you live and perhaps your concerns regarding the state of the world. You can be brief or not, it's all good, but I think we need to know who we are connecting with to feel safe to share.
