Pluto in Aquarius

Pluto enters Aquarius at 7.40am AEDT on 20 November 2024!

The perfect day to begin a new era of freedom with two kite configurations, to lift humanity up and out of the Capricorn restrictions, limitations and old traditional ways that have outlived their purpose.

This is a really special time as Pluto takes about 250 years to traverse the Zodiac Wheel and now, we will experience the energy of Pluto being in Aquarius for the next 20 years, until 2044! Can you feel a change in the air already?

Interestingly the Aquarius energy sparks interest in laws that support society and protect the rights of individuals. It brings about a strong desire to make changes as it seeks freedom, especially toward leaderless communities. The Aquarius energy reminds me of the Woodstock music festival in 1969, and how free the people were, enjoying every minute free from rules.

Aquarius energy is unconventional, very different to the norm and can be a bit quirky. This is the energy of visionaries and scientific discoveries. It’s an air sign so their will be advances in communication and technology, air travel and thought processes.

It will be important to keep these energies balanced because too much Aquarian energy things can get out of hand. There is still learning to be attained and responsibility within freedom which is interesting because Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, co rules Aquarius, which is about structure and responsibility.

The other co ruler of Aquarius is Uranus, who brings change rather quickly which can be surprising in a good way, or shocking and disruptive, but ultimately ending things that have outlived their purpose. This is the energy of radical change which will take humanity into a brave new world. Pluto also brings change and endings but in a slower way. There is no doubt that change will occur over the next 20 years, big changes! This will ignite a great spiritual awakening, especially for those born in the late 90’s and early 2000’s.

One of the Kite configurations in this chart just sings of cooperation and collaboration to me, and some how marriage comes to mind. Pluto in Aquarius is in working with the Sun in Scorpio and Pluto rules Scorpio. The Sun is working with the Moon in Cancer and the Moon rules Cancer. The Moon is working with Uranus and Saturn who both co rule Aquarius. It’s a beautiful synergy creating flow and cooperation.

And then we have the second kite with Mars in Leo. This tells a different story which feels like the energy of those who will protect their family and land as Mars is opposing Pluto which is a volatile energy signature, and they are both working with Neptune in Pisces which will support the actions required to bring closure to anything that tries to stop the new world from being realised.

It’s a very interesting chart, with a lot going on but I’ll leave it here for now.
