Breathe slow and deep into your belly, feel the air on your skin, and breathe out any tension within your body. Note your surroundings in this moment. Are you physically ok in this moment? Look around at what you can see in the space you are in. In this very moment you are ok, perhaps it's your thoughts that are taking you away from this moment, into the future which is unknown.
Come back to this moment and have faith, trust and know within your heart, that you will be provided with knowledge and recourses when you require you them. Until then, be in trust of the Universe and have faith in yourself.
Breathe slow and deep with this knowledge, relax, let go of fear and doubt and adjust your mindset to peace and benevolence.
