Time line shift

I would like to share with you my experience of todays energy and I'd love to hear of your experiences of any days energy and how you are feeling as well.

Today I met with someone that is within our community, we were chatting away when I began to feel very light headed, so strongly that if I moved my head I felt nauseas. This feeling became so strong that I thought I would purge.

For a few minutes I couldn't speak. I'd open my mouth to voice my words, but nothing would come out.

Thankfully my friend accepted my plight and gave me the time I needed, for the energy to do its thing, what ever that was.

A few minutes later she also felt the same energy and found it challenging to speak.

We both sat there in this high frequency of energy and felt light of body and mind.... if we moved, we felt more dizzy. This was a very strong energy coming in from the universe.

This energy was present for over an hour. We had met in a Cafe and couldn't leave until we felt grounded enough to drive away.

After a time we could move without feeling the dizziness and felt safe enough to leave, but with caution.

I went home and began tomorrow's post with a feeling of one that I can't describe. It felt like there's no point because tomorrow will be completely different.

It was 4.30pm and I suddenly felt extremely tired, which is totally unusual for me and even more unusual is that I went to bed.

Spirit has put me into a delta state in the past to give me visions and information, but this was bigger.

I woke up feeling like I'd jumped time lines, or even on another planet...

It had been windy all day and still was when I woke and I thought I must still be in the same time line otherwise the wind would've stopped, and instantly it stopped....

I had to connect with someone to make sure I was still here because I felt so strange, so different.

And yes, I'm still here 🤣 but I need to integrate this energy, it feels very high frequency.

I've uploaded tomorrow's post already, but I think I need a day or two to integrate this energy and see where it's taking me.
