We all know that stress creates illness

If you’re feeling tired and heavy, unsure why you feel the way you do, or maybe feel stuck and can’t see your way through, then perhaps I can help. You see, when we have unprocessed or unresolved emotional issues, the energy of those emotions lodge themselves in our energy field and the thoughts of the problem tend to go over and over in our minds without any solution or completion, and then, if they’re there long enough, and unresolved, they cause illness.

We all know that stress creates illness, and maybe you’ve seen your practitioner for 10 minutes and been given a prescription, but still feel unheard or helped and that there is more that could be done for you to uncover your woes and resolve the issue. Perhaps you haven’t even been able to see someone when you really need to and are just hanging there, unsure of what to do or where to go to for help next.

So why not try another avenue where you can be seen this week, where there are no prescriptions involved that create adverse reactions or addictions, nor continuous medication to be taken. Only the time, at least half an hour or more if you need, to be able to unpack what’s going on for you, to be heard within a confidential space with compassion and non-judgement. Your consultation will include Spiritual Counselling, which is not religious, Reiki and Energy Therapy, to rejuvenate your body from the unresolved emotional issues, thoughts and emotions, and cease those thoughts that are on repeat in your mind, plus the information and the tools to work with on a daily basis for you to empower yourself, rather than thinking there's nothing you can do.

If you wish, your astrology chart will be briefly read, which will give greater depth and understanding of the stage of life you are to be learning from. This is something every human being encounters at different stages of their life. Knowing what that stage is brings major clarification and understanding which adds to the healing experience.

My clientele has included psychologists, psychiatrists and Alternative Therapists.

While working in the funeral industry for 10 years as a funeral director, arranger, transferring the deceased into our care with great dignity and grief counsellor, I was blessed, honoured and privileged to counsel around 900 families a year.
