Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your booking, I am looking forward to working with you to achieve clarity, clearing and understanding for a better life. Please note, if you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your booking date and time. Same day rescheduling will not incur a fee as long as the rescheduled appointment is attended. If you wish to cancel your appointment, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund minus bank charges to be credited to your account once a request for a refund has been received within 7 days of cancellation.
